Colleen Philippi: Rotary Flames House Commission
Congratulations are in order for Colleen Philippi, who has recently completed a large scale commission for the Rotary Flames House. This is a community based hospice that will care for families of Southern Alberta who are caring for children with a progressive or life-threatening illness.
Philippi completed panels for 2 large walls in the hospice, as well as panels scattered throughout the building. The artwork operates not only as an art installation, but recognizes donors who made the Rotary Flames House possible.
